Abstract

|
this study was performed to investigate the effects of Petasites Japonicus Maxim extract on growth inhibition of Streptococcus pyogenes KCTC 3208. Measured growth inhibition of Streptococcus pyogenes KCTC 3208 by concentration of the Petasites Japonicus Maxim extract and collection periods of the Petasites Japonicus Maxim. Growth of Streptococcus pyogenes KCTC 3208 were remarkably inhibited by adding the Petasites Japonicus extract of the 3% concentrations on July. the Petasites Japonicus Maxim extract is effective on retarding growth of Streptococcus pyogenes KCTC 3208.
